Smart CMS Feature List:

  • Page Management: Add pages, sub-pages, standalone pages and external pages.
  • User Management: Allow multiple users to manage your website content, each with their own custom permissions.  User registrations are also available to allow access to bulletin boards for example.
  • Advanced WYSIWYG Editor: Edit any content on your website with our advanced online rich text editor.  See Editor Functions for a full features list.
  • Content Modules: Many useful modules for specific content, such as our calendar module, article module, news feed module, content rotator and many others.
  • Resource Management and Image Management: Upload and manage images and other files
  • Workflow: Have website changes checked by workflow managers before being published 

Logging In:

Go to your site login page and enter your username and password in the fields to login.  If you don't yet know these details, please Contact Us to acquire them.  If this is your first time logging in, we recommend you change your password for security, and also edit your profile if you so wish.

Once logged in you can browse the site as you normally would, except now you will see administrative buttons throughout the site.  You also may have an extra links in the site navigation to hidden pages and the page management page.  Please browse through the rest of this help site for more specific information on the Smart CMS functionality.
